Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
External Pharmacy Policy
It is the policy of Coastside Veterinary Clinic that a written prescription will be provided directly to clients with a current patient relationship with the clinic (examination within the past 12 months) upon request. We do not, however, grant permission via phone or fax to outside pharmacies to fill veterinary prescriptions. We recommend that if you need a prescription we mail the refill to you from our clinic with a small shipping cost, or you can visit our website home page and be linked to our qualified and approved on-line pharmacies to have items mailed directly to you. For information about the pitfalls of unregulated "online pharmacies,' please go to http://www.fda.gov/consumer/updates/petdrugsonline121407.html.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of services rendered. For your convenience, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, cash, check, and CareCredit.
